We held our wedding at sheene mill on the 30th June 2012. Sheene Mill have been fabulous from start to finish. We had initially discounted Sheene Mill as we were on a really small budget and it was a little over our budget however when we drove past it on the way to a viewing of another venue we thought we would pop in just for a coffee. We immediatley fell in love the atmosphere and the beauty of the place and Sheene Mill happily accomodated our budget. Not only is the venue beautiful but the food is amazing. Normally you expect the actual wedding breakfast not to be as good as the tasting due to numbers, however it was as good and they catered for various diets and allowed us to give our guests a choice. The staff at Sheene Mill are lovely and it feels like a big family. Emma our wedding coordinator was amazing and her reputation proceeds her and she sorted everything out for us. If you want a venue who are flexible and laid back and do not place restrictions on your wedding, then Sheene Mill is it. Sheene Mill is a welcoming place - right from the start we were comfortable with the location and the informal yet highly professional way in which we were treated. Hiring the whole venue meant that we really could arrange our day as we wanted. The quality of the food and the intimacy of the venue was our main reason for booking Sheene Mill for our wedding and we certainly weren''t disappointed - the best food we''ve ever had at a wedding, even though we''re probably biased.

We loved the fact that many of our friends and family could stay in the beautifully decorated bedrooms and fortunately, the weather was good enough for us to maximise usage of the gorgeous gardens. We went back for our 1st anniversary and nearly all of the staff we had come into contact with, remembered us and were equally friendly.

I had my wedding at the Sheene Mill in July 2015 after falling in love with the place on my first visit. It was the most fabulous day and everyone treated me as if i was the first and only bride to ever be married there. It still feels like 'our' wedding venue. Have returned for drinks and meals and will continue to visit whenever possible. I just love the place and the people.

Perfect Venue for a wedding we got married 13/08/2011 everything went well and everyone enjoyed the whole experience of Sheene Mill!!

We had a small wedding at Sheene Mill with only 14 guests. From start to finish everything was perfect. Emma and staff made it so special I want to do it all over again. My best friend was so impressed she and her fiancé are getting married there next April.

The best wedding venue possible for us and our small wedding party. Nothing was too much trouble and Emma took care of everything. Emma and her team at the Sheene Mill made our day very very special. The ceremony,food and service were second to none. We would actually love to do it again, every year!

Idillic location a stoned throw from a picturesque village church. Or marry within the grounds. Great food, & staff. You can even have a pamper the day before or on the day at Esse. You will want to go back for every anniversary too.
