My son recently celebrated his wedding at The Sheene Mill. It was simply fabulous! I really didn't know what to expect but I thought it was just perfect. The staff clearly worked very hard, the food was delicious and our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed it. All continents were represented at this wedding. Certainly the best wedding I have attended and what a beautiful venue! Well done to all the staff, you certainly excelled yourselves.

Sheene Mill was the perfect intimate venue for our wedding. We had a fantastic day and I must truly thank Emma for all her hard work ensuring that everything went smoothly.

We had our wedding lunch at The Sheene Mill and it was a perfect in every way. We had a truly wonderful time, the whole team were amazing – everything we could wish for. The food was beautifully prepared, cooked and served, indeed one of the finest meals we've ever experienced. In terms of cost everything was provided and incredibly good value.

It is a beautiful venue. We were a very small wedding party of just five people so we didn't take advantage of their wedding service, but they still treated us as though we had. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Although we didn't ask for anything special they provided us with a table in a separate room. The whole team were welcoming, well organised, professional and delivered a perfect experience for the day. They were very efficient and effective, in a beautifully understated way, they anticipated our needs and fully understand customer service. Indeed, every member of staff understands customer service. A remarkable place and team.

My husband and I got married on the 6th May at Sheene Mill. It was fantastic, some of our guests booked in for the saturday and sunday night and everyone commented on how fantastic the staff were, the setting was beautiful with the river, the rooms were lovely, clean and spacious and the food was outstanding.

Emma and Hope our wedding co ordinators were fantastic and made our day so special. The service couldn't be faulted, all of the staff were amazing and we couldn't have asked anymore from them.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, whether they are looking for a room for the night, an evening out as the restaurant is amazing or even for a beautiful wedding setting. It caters for everything.

We have just had our wedding at Sheene Mill and we really have had the best day of our lives. The staff are absolutely fantastic, Emma our wedding co-ordinator has been so helpful and so quick to reply to my many pre wedding emails which has helped so much. All of our guests have commented on how beautiful the venue is and we were so lucky with the weather we able to have our ceremony outside next to the full river and really take advantage of the stunning grounds. The food was fantastic and again we have had our guests comment on how lovely it was. I would recommend this venue to anyone, it really is beautiful.
