Please note that this menu could change slightly due to availability. Gluten Free and Vegetarian orders may have some menu items substituted or duplicated to meet dietary requests. The price displayed is a per person price. Images used are for illustration purposes only.

For all December dates, we will have a festive afternoon tea menu which will differ slightly from the above.

Champagne afternoon tea can be purchased for an additional £10pp. This will include a glass of Champagne in replacement for the tea.

FAQ & Terms

Can I make dietary requests?

We will try our best to meet requests but this may not always be possible. We can however advise if our dishes are suitable for certain allergies. Please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is there a dress code for Sheene Mill?

We would like you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Is it possible to make booking on the day?

We always advise to pre-book your dining experience with us as we order stock to satisfy our bookings several days prior. if we are able to accommodate your party, we will of course do so, but to avoid disappointment we recommend booking in advance with the venue.

I have a gift voucher, can I use it towards a Dining Experience?

Monetary Vouchers: If you have a printed monetary gift voucher, we can swap this for an e-voucher code to use online.

Afternoon Tea Vouchers: If you have a specific gift voucher (i.e. Afternoon Tea for Two) you may swap your printed gift voucher for an e-voucher to use for our Afternoon Tea experiences.

Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of your printed voucher. You will need to bring your printed voucher with you when you collect your items. Please do not forget to bring this with you on the day.

Do we need to pre-order our menu choices?

Some of our Dining Experiences require menu pre-orders to reduce wastage. This will be noted on the menu for the event. A member of our team will be in touch prior to your date to collect this information if required.
Terms: Bookings are non-refundable
Access to the venue is from 10:00am on the day of your wedding until 10 am the following day. Access to the Prep Room is from 8.30am if booked in advance.
Terms: Gift Vouchers
When purchasing gift vouchers, please ensure that your recipient will be able to attend one of our Dine-In Experiences within the next 6 months.

If you wish to change the voucher for a difference experience, upgrade it or extend the expiry date. Please get in touch with a member of the team.

You are more than welcome to offer your voucher to a friend or family member to use. Please let us know in advance of any changes to the main booking persons details.
Terms: Pre payment for Dine-In Experiences
All of our Dining Experiences require advanced pre-payment. Any drinks or additional items ordered on the day will be charged separately. All bookings must be made via our website and not over the phone or in person we are afraid. This helps us to keep track of bookings, reduce staffing costs and be as covid safe as possible.

Whilst we appreciate the frustration of needing to cancel your booking due to self-isolation, app alerts or catching covid, we are unable to refund your booking. Any other guests who do not need to isolate can of course still attend.

You are more than welcome to offer your booking to a friend or family member to use on that date. Please let us know in advance of any changes to the main booking persons details.

If the venue is required by law to close or cancel all elements of a Dining Experience, a full refund will be issued.
